A superb performance by Nomads with some of the best passing seen this season. A hattrick from Callum G, two from James T including a Beckham-style freekick and a deserved goal for Mitchell M after a fine game. MoM Callum E for some great saves

Nomads travelled to Tattenhall and played a good pass and move game. Solid performance saw Nomads have much of the possession against an ever-improving Tattenhall. Goals from Callum G, Harry K, Sam J, Mitch M and a debut goal from Charlie M.

Following last weeks great 5-3 win Nomads Colts found themselves up against it when Waverton visited Boughton Hall. Connor J scoring with a great free kick. French import Maximillian impressed as did Edward P in the nets.

This was Nomads Colts first official League outing and what a great performance to mark the occassion. Nomads started the game a little rusty from the lack of recent match pratice but got into their stride just before half time. Harry K opened the scoring, ending up on a hat-trick with a cartwheel celebration! Ethan J scored two good goals, Callum G and Alex T added one each. Callum E was only called upon a few times but kept his concentration well for a clean sheet

A good game played at the Garrison ground saw these two closely matched teams unable to break the deadlock. This Nomads team are growing in strength with each game. Edward P MoM

A wet day didn't stop these two teams from producing a thrilling game of end-to-end action. Upton had the better of the game but Nomads got stronger and stronger as the match went on. Sam R hitting a superb hat-trick with James T and Charlie M adding the other Nomads goals.

Nomads played against a tough Dynamos side and had the majority of the play in the first half, deservedly going in at half-time 1-0 up. Alex T won a strong tackle and immediately unleashed a low shot that beat the keeper into the corner. In the second half, Dynamos found renewed energy and brought it back level. Sam J MoM - calm and composed at the back.

Nomads took control of this game early on with a great strike from Ethan Jones opening the Nomads account. Nomads played a good pass and move game which brought great results. Tattenhall kept going well and got a deserved goal at the end.

Nomads should feel very proud of their performance this week against a strong New Scene side. CNS took an early lead which was levelled by a well placed shot from Alex T. Both sides played with great skill and determination throughout.

With 10 minutes left and CNS now 2-1 up, Nomads gave everything to force an equaliser from Mitch M. In the dying minutes, with Nomads pressing forward, Harry K found space and drove the ball home for a fine win.

Nomads were much the stronger team in this encounter. Callum G started very well, scoring two early goals, one with a strong shot from a tight angle. Then Harry K took over the goal scoring, scoring three from some clever Nomads play. Sam J also got on the score sheet with a fine strike. All played very well.

Nomads played well throughout this game and always looked in control. James and Callum G playing particularly well and Alex with a hat-trick including one great long distance shot.

NOMADS REACH FINAL:

Nomads were placed in a tough group of four, drawing 0-0 with New Scene A and B with some fine goal keeping from Callum E. A match against Waverton in the middle was was won by Nomads after a clever build up saw Callum G find Harry K in space, who fired home on the turn. A team effort got Nomads through with good performances from Ethan J & Edward S.

In the Semi-Final against Tattenhall Nomads proved stronger with goals from Alex T and a great solo effort from James T. A well deserved place in the final, back up against New Scene A. Nomads fought bravely to the end, Sam J playing very well in defence, but we couldn't keep New Scene out, losing 1-0.

The Colts gave each of the teams a tough game and made them work hard for their wins. Mitchell Mowatt played a strong role for Nomads and deserved a goal for his efforts. Nomads Colts showing that they are improving week by week

Nomads had the bulk of possession in this game. James T & Ethan J showing very good skills in midfield. In the second quarter, James T struck a volley into the roof of the net: a goal described by Ethan as "just like Diego Forlan's" - high praise!
In the last quarter 'Hall kept battling and a mix-up in defence saw the ball end up in Nomads' net 1-1.

A great game played between these two Colts sides saw Nomads take an early lead from which they never looked back.
Goals game from Shaun C, Edward P, Callum F who netted twice and a speciality goal from Connor J from the half way line no less!

Both teams battled well and played some good football. Waverton took their chance in the seconf half to take the lead and despite some great last minute pressure, Nomads couldn't break the Waverton defence. Callum E pulled off a fantastic save, tipping the ball over the bar and deserves Nomads Man of the Match

Nomads Colts played with good spirit and kept going til the final whistle. Waverton proving too strong for the younger Nomads team.

MBNA played hosts at the 'Field Of Dreams' to the Nomads U8's Colts this Saturday. Both teams did well with Nomads proving the stronger team.

This game at Oldfield kicked off later than expected with the Nomads very keen to show what they can do. From the start Nomads attacked well, this time showing good passing movements and holding positions well.

Credit also to Vicars Cross who gave Nomads a great game all the way from start to finish.

Waverton

Nomads struggled to find their form in very poor conditions.  A well organised Waverton side took their chances well for victory.  Nomads showed glimpses of good skill but couldn't convert to goals

Tattenhall

A free flowing game was played at Boughton Hall between two very spirited sides.  Nomads took the lead early with a goal from Callum G, after great team work Tattenhall pulled a deserved goal back before Nomads once again took the lead with a goal from Mitchell M.  Nomads then had a great spell either side of half time with goals from Callum and Mitchell.  James T added a fifth before Callum took his chance for a hat trick.  Great team effort.

Well done to all the boys, they played really well and in great spirit.
