Despite having the vast majority of
possession and virtually all of the play being in Tarvin's half, the
Nomads just couldn't seem to cash in on the numerous goal scoring
chances created with just one conversion of a free kick by Mike K.
Tarvin just held on to their lead in the last third of the game as
their goal came under constant attack.

A very competitive game between these two
teams. After a battling first half, Nomads went 1-0 down in the
last minute before the whistle but came out fighting again in the
second half. Unperturbed they responded by stepping up a gear to
come back and make it a 3-1 victory with goals from Andy C (2) and
Matthew S (1) a sterling performance by the back four sealed the

A very hard fought game with some sterling defending but unfortunately

fought hard against Chester Nomads and received excellent support

After a great start for
the Nomads, being 2-0 up early in the first half Blacon came back
hard to make it a good game of football. Only in the last quarter
could the Nomads fans begin to relax as a 1 goal lead became 2 and
then 3. A superb performance from Andrew C scoring a double
hat-trick and James T scoring a well deserved goal after running his
socks off in mid-field.
