New caterers required at CBH
We’re looking for catering specialists to feed our hungry players, supporters and range of customers.

Our prestigious sports club based in Chester is home to Chester Boughton Hall Cricket Club and Chester Nomads FC. We’re an all-year round operation.
We host a number of events in our spacious club rooms, marquee and outside space with catering options and food choices for everyone to enjoy at reasonable prices.
We’re now looking for experienced caterers to cover all or part of our wide offering including:
· External refreshments eg bacon sandwiches, barbecues etc
· In house ‘regular’ menu for members and supporters
· Specialist sports events eg lunches, dinners
· Private functions eg parties, weddings, lunches, dinners, wakes, corporate events
As well as working closely with our bar management team, you’ll assist in marketing and promoting our venue and food propositions which also drive our wet sales.
It’s your opportunity to create best in class food for all occasions while developing your business and making a real difference to our customers.
You’ll have the flexibility of working independently or with specialist suppliers.
Range of services
You’ll recognise the demands of managing different events and providing a range of services – sometimes simultaneously. Everything from simple refreshments to more complex offerings.
Working from our in-house kitchen, you’ll have a great track record of providing good food, quickly and efficiently. And naturally, you’ll have sound references and all the necessary qualifications.
You’ll be smart and flexible to deal with the vagaries of events spoilt by the weather and be prepared to switch your focus at short notice.
