We're pleased to welcome back Christmas Lunch at CBH on Sunday 14 December.

We've a sumptuous three course meal on offer and live music.

Cost is just £35 per person (£12.50 children) and individual places or tables are available.

We get underway around 1pm, eating around 1.45-2pm.

There's an exciting menu to choose from and we'll also have live music during the afternoon.

Starter

Chicken & celeriac velouté, artisan bread, Estate Dairy butter

Chicken liver & brandy parfait, apple & fig chutney, focaccia croute, baby leaf & white balsamic dressing

Porcini mushroom arancini, parsley crumb, truffle mayonnaise (V)

Main

Roast breast & leg of turkey, stuffed with confit goose, cranberry & chestnut, roast potatoes, pig in blankets, slow cooked roast carrot, parsnip puree & jus

or

Pan seared seabass, crushed new potatoes, prawn & caper butter

or

Roasted root vegetable Wellington, roast potatoes, slow cooked carrot, parsnip puree & savoury jus

All dishes served with family served steamed seasonal vegetables

Chocolate & jaffa dome, cocoa nibs, orange jel
